Getting around Chronly

Add a customer while you're creating a quote or invoice

You don't need to set up a customer ahead of time. When picking a Customer on a quote, invoice, or job, just start typing and select Add a customer from the dropdown to create them on the spot.

Quotes & Invoices

Quotes & Invoices

Quotes & Invoices start as Drafts

New quotes and invoices are saved as Draft so you can refine them before anyone sees them. Nothing goes to your customer until you click Send Quote, so remember to send it once it's ready.

Schedule a quote or invoice to send later

When sending a quote or invoice, choose Schedule Send instead of Send Now and pick the date, time, and timezone. Use Add Email to send it to more than one address, and add a note in the Message box if you like.
