About Chronly
Canadian software, built by people who answer the phone
One app for quotes, invoices, jobs and payments — made in British Columbia for Canadian businesses that are tired of paying enterprise prices for software that was never really built for them.

Why we built Chronly
Made here. Supported here.
Most of the software Canadian businesses run on was designed for somebody else. Somebody else's tax rules, somebody else's payment system, somebody else's idea of what a small business looks like. You pay in a currency that is not yours, work around gaps that should not exist, and when you need help you file a ticket into a queue on the other side of the world.
We thought Canadian businesses deserved better than being an afterthought market. So we built Chronly here, from Prince George, BC, Canada, so that businesses can create quotes, invoices, jobs, checkouts, and process payments all in one place. Priced honestly and looked after by people who live in the same country as the businesses using it.
When you email us, a person who knows this software reads it. That is the whole idea.
What we stand for
A smaller company, on purpose
We are not trying to become the biggest software company in the country. We are trying to be the one that Canadian businesses are genuinely glad they picked.
Canadian by design
Built here, for the way business actually works here. Canadian taxes, Canadian payment rails, Canadian rules. Not an American product with a maple leaf bolted on the side.
Priced for real businesses
Our free plan is genuinely free and genuinely useful, not a trial in disguise — and it stays that way. Subscriptions are not a ransom for features you already rely on; they add lower processing rates, more users, and more of the platform, priced for a small Canadian business rather than an enterprise procurement budget.
Support from the people who built it
When something goes sideways you reach someone who knows the code, cares that it works, and can actually fix it. No queue, no script, no time zone roulette.
We ship, constantly
Not just bug fixes. Real features, released continuously, and shaped by what the businesses using Chronly tell us they need next.
Start on the free forever plan and see what you think.
Our approach
People-first, not AI-first
Right now every product on the internet is racing to staple artificial intelligence onto every button it has. We are not doing that. It is a trend, and chasing it tends to produce software that is impressive in a demo and exhausting on a Tuesday afternoon.
Our job is different. We build software a person can open for the first time and simply use. Clean screens, obvious buttons, nothing to decode, no training course required. That is the standard everything here gets measured against.
We add AI in exactly one situation: when it takes away work you would otherwise do by hand.
Quote to job, automatically
When a quote gets accepted, we read it and stand up the job for you. Same information, none of the retyping.
Receipts that file themselves
Snap a photo and we pull out the vendor, the total and the tax. Bookkeeping becomes a five-second job instead of a Sunday afternoon.
Nothing else, until it earns a place
No chat bubble in the corner nobody asked for. If a feature does not save you real time, it does not ship, however fashionable it happens to be.
Who is behind it
Twenty years of building things that stay up
Chronly comes from a team that has spent more than two decades in the software and creative industries; designing, building, shipping and, just as importantly, keeping things running afterwards. We were doing this long before AI was something anyone talked about at dinner.
We use AI the same way any good shop uses a good tool: to move faster. But the architecture, the servers, the database, the security and the code are understood by the people who own them. Chronly was not prompted into existence on a no-code platform and handed to you with fingers crossed. It is engineered and when something breaks, there is a human here who knows exactly why.
How we build
Your feedback is our roadmap
The businesses using Chronly know things about running a Canadian business that we never will. So we listen, and then we build.
You tell us
Every request from a real business lands in front of the people who write the code. Nothing gets filtered through three layers of account management first.
We build it
Good ideas ship in weeks, not on a roadmap you are never shown. Being small is the whole advantage, and we intend to use it.
You get it
Updates land in your account automatically. No upgrade fee, no migration project, no version you get left behind on.
Got something you wish it did?
Tell us. Some of the best things in Chronly started as an offhand comment from somebody using it. We read every one.
Start free. Stay free.
No credit card, no sales call, no contract. Just Canadian software that does what it says.
