Chronly's payments run on Finix, a payments processor built for platforms like ours. Every card number and bank account is tokenized the moment it's entered — Chronly holds the token, never the underlying details, so there is nothing sensitive stored on our side to be exposed.

Who processes Chronly’s payments?

Finix, a payments processor, handles every card and bank transfer. Chronly never touches raw card numbers or bank details — they are tokenized by Finix and never stored on our servers.

What are the processing rates?

2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction on the free plan, and 2.79% + $0.15 per card transaction on the Seller and Pro plans. There is no separate processor to sign up with and no monthly gateway fee on top.

Is my customers’ payment data stored in Chronly?

No. Card and bank details are tokenized by Finix at the point of entry. Chronly stores a token, never the underlying number, so there is nothing sensitive sitting in our database to be exposed.

How fast do I get paid out?

Finix sends payouts directly to your bank account, typically within 1 to 3 business days of the payment being taken.

Do payouts show up for reconciliation?
