Tag job photos as before or after
Tag job photos as before or after so customers can instantly see the difference on their share link.
You can now tag photos on a job as Before or After. This makes it easy to show a customer exactly what changed, and those tagged photos appear clearly sorted on the job share link so anyone with the link can see them without digging through folders.
How to use it
- Upload photos to a job as you normally would, by dragging files or clicking to select.
- Click Tag Photos to open the tagging window.
- Select the photos you want to move — use Select all or click individual photos, and check the counter to confirm how many are selected.
- Pick a destination: Before, After, or Remove tag to clear a tag.
- Click Apply. The photo cards update right away, so you can keep going and tag more photos without closing the window.
Photos can be tagged at any time, not just when you upload them, so you can go back and organize older job photos the same way.
What the customer sees
Once photos are tagged, they show up under Before and After sections on the job's Documents area of the share link, right alongside quotes, invoices, and other files for the job. Anyone with the share link can open a photo to see it full size, without needing to log in.
Why it helps
Before and after photos are one of the clearest ways to show a customer the value of the work you did. Tagging them takes the guesswork out of sorting through a folder of images, and putting them on the share link means the customer can see the result without you having to send anything separately.
