This release bundles a handful of changes to how you plan your day and run jobs: a new personal schedule screen for Pro users, sequential job numbers, stronger job closure rules, per-job permissions, and a tidied-up product picker on quotes and invoices.

My Day: your schedule and tasks in one place

Pro users now have a My Day screen in the left-hand menu. It shows a personal calendar of the jobs assigned to you, along with any tasks due, so you can see today — or jump ahead to a future day — without digging through Jobs or Scheduling.

Each visit on the screen opens into a detail panel with the job's address, access notes, and quick actions to navigate there with your map app, call, or text the customer directly.

Jobs now get sequential numbers

Jobs are now numbered sequentially, the same way quotes, invoices, and purchase orders already are. You can set the prefix, padding, and starting number for job numbers in Settings → Jobs.

More control over how jobs close

You can now set rules for who is allowed to close a job and what has to be true before it can close. Defaults are set from Jobs → Settings, and a job admin can override the rules on a single job from the job screen.

Options include letting crew mark their own work done versus requiring a manager to review before closing, and a set of checks you can turn Off, Warn, or Block on — things like whether every visit has a wrap-up, all linked tasks are closed, a completion summary was written, or photos (including a before photo) are attached.

Follow-up has been improved too. If a job needs follow-up, you can now create a follow-up job or task directly from it. You can also turn on customer reviews via the job share link, and you will be alerted if a customer rates the job poorly.

Per-job permissions now show the right jobs

Job permissions have been improved so that a user who has been given access to a specific job, but not general read access to the Jobs module, now sees that job and gets the permissions assigned to it. Previously a user without module-wide access would see nothing, even if they had been granted access to individual jobs.

A cleaner quote and invoice builder

The quote and invoice creator has had its interface cleaned up for a more consistent look across the screen. The Add a product picker has also been improved and now shows inventory levels alongside price when you are choosing a product to add.

What this gets you

Together these changes make it easier to see what you need to do today, keep job numbers consistent with the rest of your paperwork, enforce how work gets signed off before a job closes, and give staff access to only the jobs they're meant to see.
